Life Coach, Training Facilitator & Assessor

Anne has a BA Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and began her career in Human Resources. This, together with 11 years within the Travel Industry, has given her a depth of experience spanning building a profitable business, staff development, training, counselling, recruitment, customer service and sales.

She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, a certified Life Coach with Results Coaching Systems and a qualified Life Line Counsellor. She is also a registered Assessor with the Services Seta.

Anne left the corporate world to follow her dream of living an inspired life. One of her passions is to help individuals create work-life balance and design the life they choose. She is also a regular contributor to Your Baby magazine, with her series of life coaching articles.

She is passionate about developing potential in people within the workplace, resulting in an environment where service excellence, high achievement and productivity are the norm. Her area of speciality is the service industry; coaching and training both call centre and front line staff of all levels, in leadership, work and life skills.

Pat Dickson
Life Coach & Training Facilitator

Pat qualified as a teacher before moving into the corporate arena. During a career spanning over 20 years Pat has had exposure to many organisations in different sectors including call centres, banking and hospitality. Having worked in Sales and Human Resources, Pat now focuses her attention on coaching and soft skills training. Areas she is passionate about include customer service and telephone techniques, as she believes that any staff member who engages with a customer is representing the company.

To extend her passion for developing people, Pat achieved a distinction in a Training and Development Diploma and qualified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Pat’s strength lies in her incredible energy and passion for coaching. She has a reputation for being straightforward, but brings an element of fun and daring into her coaching and training sessions.

Audrey Riley
Life Coach & Training Facilitator

Audrey has a degree in Psychology and Education, as well as a Travel and Tourism diploma. She has worked internationally, across cultures, in a variety of different industries – the airline, hotel and financial industries to name a few – and in many varied roles, ranging from Marketing Manager to Yield Manager.

She completed her Life Coaching course in June 2005 through Results Coaching Systems, an Australian based, accredited training institute. She has subsequently completed the Business Coaching and Team Coaching courses through the same institution and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Audrey offers a non-judgemental, supportive and encouraging arena in which to develop and learn. She is passionate about liberating potential in people and allowing them to define and chart their own path to success.
